BD4950G-TR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. Surface Mount is the one that mounts power management. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. The pins of the power management system count 5. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than -300mV for this IC power. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. A similar IC managements number of the manufacturer can always be found by using BD49, the base power ics number. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 1.8μA. A PMIC from the well-known BD49xxx series of products is being offered here.
