BD4949FVE-TR Overview
A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-665 functions for your convenience. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. The supervisor is always powered by a 4.7V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, IC powers are 5 pins on the board. This power management has 5 pins. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of -300mV for this PMIC. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. During operation, this power management system outputs Push-Pull, Totem Pole. It is always advisable to use BD49, the base supervisor number, when searching for similar PMICs from the manufacturer. There is a requirement for 4.9V power to power this power management. At most, voltage supervisor can operate at a supply temperature of 1.8μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD49xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
