BD4948FVE-TR Overview
It is mounted through 5 terminals on the power management. Power management is packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR) way. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. As a reference, this IC power includes SOT-665 functions for your convenience. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. There is a voltage supply of 4.6V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. During operation, the power ic is supplied with a voltage of 1. The mount is provided by Surface Mount. This power ic can be sub-categorized as Power Management Circuits. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. This IC power should be powered by no more than 10V volts of supply voltage (Vsup). Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BD49, which is the base power ics number. There is a requirement for 4.9V power to power this power management. A maximum supply temperature of 1.8μA can be used with this power management. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BD49xxx series of products.
