BD4944FVE-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. There are 1 channels on this power managment ic that can be found in a series. The purpose of this IC power is to provide you with a reference of SOT-665 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. The supervisor is always powered by a 4.2V volt supply. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management is included in the Surface Mount mount. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. 5 pins are on the supervisor. It is recommended that Vsup should not be less than -300mV for this IC power. There should be no more than 10V volts of maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this power management. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BD49, which is the base power ics number. It requires 4.4V watts of power to operate this voltage supervisor. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.8μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BD49xxx series product line.
