BD4941G-TR Overview
There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. Power management conducts at a voltage of 1. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There are a total of 5 pins on power management. Pin count of the power management is 5. Supply voltage (Vsup) should be at least -300mV for this power management. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts in this IC power. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. It is recommended to set the supervisor's temperature to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. If you want to search for similar IC managements of this manufacturer, you can always refer to BD49, which is the base power ics number. At the most, voltage supervisor can work with a supply temperature of 1.68μA. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BD49xxx series of products.
