BD4937G-TR Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Surface Mount mounts IC management. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. This power management system has 5 pins. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this PMIC should not exceed 10V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Push-Pull, Totem Pole of output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 900nA. To find similar IC managements from the manufacturer, you can always search by BD49. The maximum supply temperature voltage supervisor can handle is 1.68μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD49xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
