BD48K32G-TL Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Cut Tape (CT) package is used to package the power management. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of NOT SPECIFIED for the package during reflow. IC management is possible to find a succession of 1 voltages that have been checked. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. The IC power comes from the well-known BD48Kxx series.
