BD48E31G-MTR Overview

Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known Automotive, AEC-Q100, BD48Exx series product line.
