BD4850FVE-TR Overview
This power management consists of 5 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR). In this PMIC, you can find 1 functions for your reference. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. In this IC management you will find SOT-665 functions for you to refer to. Compared to other Voltage Detector products, this PMIC has a lot of benefits to offer. Manage ics operate at 4.8V supply voltages. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. It has a total of 5 pins that are attached to IC management. Pin count of the power management is 5. I should note that the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) for this IC management should be at least 1.2V, which is the minimum supply voltage that should be applied. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. In order to maintain a stable supply current for the power management, 900nA is the recommended value. For similar manage ics search of the manufacturer, you can always refer to BD48, the base PMIC number. The power management must be powered by 5V volts to function properly. The maximum supply temperature is 1.8μA. As you can see, this IC power comes from the well-known BD48xxx series of products.
