BD4842G-TR Overview
Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Please refer to power management for SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Voltage Detector products. A supply voltage of 1 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. By Surface Mount, IC management has been mounted. Power management has a total of 5 pins. 5 pins make up the power management. IC management can only work with a supply voltage of -300mV volts. Voltage (Vsup) shouldn't exceed 10V volts in this PMIC. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. For this power management, there is an 900nA volt supply current. You can always use BD48, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 1.68μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BD48xxx series product line. An 70mA-current rating is given for the IC power. When measuring and testing the IC power, it is important to pay attention to the nominal tolerance 1%.
