Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC power includes SC-74A, SOT-753 functions for your convenience. This IC power shares lots of benefits with other Voltage Detector products. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In order for this IC power to function, the supply voltage (Vsup) cannot be less than -300mV. During this IC power, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 10V volts. While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Open Drain or Open Collector. The power management's supply current is 900nA.
