BD46431G-TR Overview
There are 5 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. In this IC power you will find 1 functions for you to refer to. Power management consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. Manage ics operate at 6.3V supply voltages. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Power Management Circuits is a subcategory of this PMIC chip. The total number of pins on this power management is 5. This power management has 5 pins. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 950mV. The maximum supply voltage (Vsup) is not to exceed 9.5V volts in this IC management. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Push-Pull, Totem Pole as the output voltage. You can always use BD46, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature is 3.15μA. As you may know, this PMIC comes from the well-known BD46xxx series product line.
