BD46232G-TR Overview
There are 5 terminals connected to this power management, which makes it easy to mount. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Voltage Detector products. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There is a subcategory called Power Management Circuits for this power management. A total of 5 pins are located on this power management. There are 5 pins on the power managment ic. In order for this PMIC to work correctly, the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be greater than 950mV. The supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 9.5V volts in this IC power. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~105°C TA. Power management has an output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole during operation. You can always use BD46, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The power management can work with a maximum supply temperature of 2.85μA. Supervisors from the well-known BD46xxx series product line are featured in this PMIC.
