BD45241G-TR Overview
A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. There are 1 channels available on this supervisor, and each channel has a different function. There are SC-74A, SOT-753 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. The supervisor is always powered by a 4.4V volt supply. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. It is possible to subcategorize this power ic as a Power Management Circuits chip. 5 pins are present in total in this power management. There are 5 pins on the supervisor. Normally, the supply voltage (Vsup) for this PMIC should not be lower than 950mV. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 9.5V volts. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. This power management is the recommended temperature range for the supervisors: -40°C~105°C TA. There is an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector from this supervisor when it is operating. You can always use BD45, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. The maximum supply temperature that PMIC chip can work with is 2.85μA. Located in the well-known BD45xxx series product line, this IC management is a kind of this series.
