FPGA uses a nice 44-TQFP package that makes FPGA easy to use.Packaging for Tray.Licensed to operate in -40°C~85°C.With the help of OTP, it can be programmed.A voltage of 3V~3.6V is applied to it.The memory device is mounted in the Surface Mount position.2Mb is the maximum storage size.The supply voltage should be 3.3V.With different functions, 44 terminations can be used.With 3.6V as the maximum voltage, the memory device can be used.3V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.This is a CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip.The temperature should be kept below 225 in reflow soldering.By using SERIAL-processing, data can be transmitted through this memory in a secure manner.Parts include 44 pins.
