XC1765ESOG8C Overview
This package is based on a neat 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package which is used by it.Packaging for the external environment.As a qualified employee, I can operate within 0°C~70°C.Using the OTP axis, it can be programmed to do whatever you want.The voltage fed to it is 4.75V~5.25V.The memory device is mounted in Surface Mount.Currently, data storage can only store data up to 65kb bytes.FPGA reuqires a supply voltage of 5V.8 terminations with different functions.FPGA is possible to use this memory device wFPGAh a maximum voltage of 5.25V.4.75V is the minimum voltage required to supply the device.A CONFIGURATION MEMORY memory chip like this is used for data storage.Reflow soldering should be done at no higher than 250 degrees.In this memory, data is transmitted using the SERIAL process.With the part are included 8 pins.In order to better serve the needs, USED FOR STORING THE CONFIGURATION BITSTREAMS OF XILINX FPGAS is included.
