UCC5639FQPTR Overview
A transmission line may also have 15 terminations, which are made using devices matched to its characteristic impedance. Because of the low cost of its packages, the 48-LQFP is well known in the electronic industry. Material choices are based on Tape & Reel (TR)'s. Using Surface Mount, it's mounted on a PCB. In order to prevent overheating, the Operating Temperature should not exceed 0°C~70°C degrees Celsius. This is a standard-qualified material. A 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage is provided to ensure normal operation. Several of the supplier's devices are packaged in 48-LQFP (7x7).
