UCC5639FQP Overview
It is possible to terminate a transmission line with a device matching the impedance of the line, which is known as 15 termination. A well-known feature of the 48-LQFP is its low packaging cost. Materials used for packaging are the same as those used by Tray. The PCB is mounted using Surface Mount. It is recommended that the Operating Temperature does not exceed 0°C~70°C. Standard applications can be carried out with this SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified material. Normal operation is ensured by a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage. Suppliers use 48-LQFP (7x7) as a device package.
