UCC5630AFQPTR Overview
Termination with a 9 device, which matches the transmission line's characteristic impedance, is considered a 9 termination. Because of its low package cost, the 48-LQFP is widely used in the electronic industry. Tape & Reel (TR)'s packaging is made of the same materials. Surface Mount is used for mounting it on a PCB. A maximum operating temperature of 0°C~70°C should not be exceeded. The material is SCSI, LVD, SE-qualified for standard applications. In order to maintain normal operation, there is a 2.7V~5.25V Supply Voltage provided. In order to package its devices, the supplier uses 48-LQFP (7x7).
