TPS62403DRCR Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package. 2 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Programmable (Fixed) output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches 2.25MHz. Regulator 2.5V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 2.5V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 1.1V 1.575V 2.8V. The output current of 400mA 600mA makes dc to dc voltage regulator feature maximum design flexibility. 6V volts is DC DC switching regulator's maximum input voltage.
