TPS62320YZDT Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the 8-VFBGA, DSBGA package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. DC DC switching regulators like this one generate Adjustable outputs on their output pins to handle the power management. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. Voltage regulators should be operated at -40°C~85°C TA temperature while operating. DC-DC switching regulators reach 3MHz switching frequencies. The voltage regulator can be operated with a voltage as low as 2.7V as an input voltage. According to the table below, DC DC switching regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 0.6V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 500mA output current of voltage regulator. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 6V. The maximum output voltage of 5.4V makes DC DC switching regulator easy to operate.
