TPS62001DGS Overview
This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tube package for optimized performance. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. There are 1 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 750kHz.
