TPS2831PWPR Overview
There is greater flexibility with the 14-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is set to 4.5V~15V, it can demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.Temperature range -40°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Mosfet driver uses Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 28V.
