TO-243AA is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±0.5% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.It can be used with 70mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 100μA.It generates a fixed voltage of 1.24V.Voltages of 18V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.A supplier device package of SOT-89-3 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
