TLK3114SBGNT Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced 289-BGA package for driving common LEDs.The package of this receiver is Tray.Several solutions have used this Transceiver can transceiver in a variety of applications due to its Transceiver IC nature.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this wide receiver.This differential driver uses 2.3V~2.7V for power supply.At any one time, this electronic part can have up to 4/4 eligible receivers/drivers.Wide receiver can operate within the range of 2.5V supply voltages efficiently.Wide receiver has 289 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.As a standard package, this transceiver comes with a 289-pin layout that follows the market standard.In this transceiver module, the operating temperature cannot exceed 70°C.
