TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) (Formed Leads) is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Box (TB) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 2.495V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Adjustable form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 240.For PCB designs with high demands, Through Hole is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.It can be used with 100mA inputs.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 1mA.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 2.495V.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.495V.There is 2.44V less than 2.44V voltage output from this voltage reference ic.Voltages of 36V are the highest the voltage reference circuit would send.
