There is a 28-PowerTSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) case package that contains the instrumentation amplifiers. There are two types of operational amplifiers in this circuit. Instrumentation amplifier is delivered in a Tape & Reel (TR) case. Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type of operational amplifiers. In terms of operating temperature, this instrumentation amplifier performs well at a temperature of about -40°C~85°C . The buffer amp consists of 2 circuits in total.
