TDA21201-B7 Overview
In order to package H bridge, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.H bridge is included in the TO-263-8, D2Pak (7 Leads + Tab), TO-263CA package as a cost-saving measure.Based on the supply voltage of 9V~15V, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured.H bridge circuit is put into place in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge is possible for -25°C~125°C TJ to operate normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are lots of uses for H bridge motor driver, including Synchronous Buck Converters.Full bridge also has a number of specific characteristics, including Bootstrap Circuit.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 6 terminations are employed.To operate H bridge circuit, a voltage supply of 12V is required.It is through the 4 pins that the bridge driver can perform its specific functions.
