SN74V3690-15PEU Overview
128-LQFP is a package that contains FIFO memory chip.The package comes in a case of Tray .There is a memory of 1.125M 32K x 36 available for storing data and applications.It is recommended that the temperature be regulated to 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.Mounting type Surface Mount is assigned to the FIFO memory.For operation, a voltage of 3.15V~3.45V is used.It is part of the 74V series of memory logics.As far as operating current is concerned, it has a maximum of 40mA .When the supply voltage is 3.3V , high efficiency is possible.I found that it has 128 terminations in FIFO means.There is a FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage of 3.45V .To ensure normal operation, make sure the supply voltage (Vsup) is above 3.15V .
