SN74LVC1G97YEAR Overview
Packet 6-XFBGA, DSBGA. This package contains the Tape & Reel (TR) package, which can be downloaded here. You can also get it in the Surface Mount version. In addition, it has a fully functional Single-Ended output. It uses the Configurable Multiple Function logic communication type. There has been an increase in operating temperature at -40°C~85°C. A 3 input is included in it. There is a series of 74LVC models based on this model. 1.65V~5.5V power supply is used to operate it. There are 6 terminations on the part. The pins are joined by 6 pins. Part 1.8V requires a normal voltage of 1.8V. Powered by 1-basic circuitry, it has a low power consumption. From the LVC/LCX/Z product line, it is available. As a precautionary measure, the maximum voltage should be kept below 5.5V in order to protect the device.
