In order to save board space, digital switch is located in the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).It is packaged according to the Tape & Reel (TR) method.Digital switch ic uses a Surface Mount mounting method.the multiplexers uses an analog IC Decoder/Demultiplexer.The operating temperature of -40°C~85°C will not be susceptible to external factors.Using a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.Several applications are possible for 74HCT series multiplexers.
