SN74ALVC3651-10PCB Overview
The 120-LQFP Exposed Pad package contains FIFO memory chip.It's packaged in the shape of a Tray .The FIFO chips have a memory of 72K 2K x 36 that can be used to store applications and data.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to 0°C~70°C .The FIFO memory's mounting type is Surface Mount .It uses a supply voltage of 3V~3.6V to operate.This memory logic is part of the 74ALVC series.Memory IC's maximum operating supply current is 350μA .High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 3.3V .In FIFO means, there are 120 terminations.Using this gadget, RETRANSMIT; MAILBOX can also be generated.Vsup is set to 3.6V (FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage).For normal operation, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 3V .
