SN74ACT3641-20PCB Overview
The 120-LQFP Exposed Pad package contains FIFO memory chip.It comes in a Tray package.In addition to storing applications and data, the FIFO chips have a memory of 36K 1K x 36 .It is recommended that the temperature be regulated to 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.There is Surface Mount mounting type for this FIFO memory.For operation, a voltage of 4.5V~5.5V is used.It is a member of the 74ACT series .A FIFO's maximum operating supply current of 400μA is available.When the supply voltage is 5V there is the possibility of high efficiency.In FIFO means, there are 120 terminations.This gadget can also be used to generate RETRANSMIT; MAILBOX .There is a FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage of 5.5V (Vsup).As a general rule, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V in order to ensure normal operation.
