SG6518SZ Overview
Power management is mounted through 16 terminals. Packaged in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR), power management is easy to use. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. The output voltage of this power managment ic during operation is Open Drain or Open Collector.
