QS7201-35JR Overview
It comes in a Bulk package.Apps and data can be stored in the 4.5K 512 x 9 memory of the FIFO chip.It is recommended that the temperature be regulated to 0°C~70°C to ensure reliable operation.There is a mounting type of Surface Mount on the FIFO memory.To operate, the FIFO products requires a voltage supply of 4.5V~5.5V .As far as operating current is concerned, it has a maximum of 60mA .A supply voltage of 5V is capable of producing high efficiency.In FIFO means, there are 32 terminations.It is also possible to generate RETRANSMIT using this FIFO memory.Voltage FIFO memory IC's maximum is set to 5.5V .The supply voltage (Vsup) should remain above 4.5V to ensure normal operation.
