Its 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package provides greater flexibility.The packaging method is indicated by Tape & Reel (TR).Gate drivers incorporates wGate driversh 2 drivers for Gate driverss configuration.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET is designed for it.This device is allowed to operate in a temperature range of 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Mosfet driver is based on 10 terminations.The number of component pins is 10.The high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) can be up to 36V.The analog IC of the device is SWITCHING CONTROLLER.
