NLAS4599DFT2 Overview
The electronic part can be shipped overseas conveniently because it is packaged in 6-TSSOP, SC-88, SOT-363. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A switch device like this is mounted in Surface Mount. There is 2:1 ratio between the number of multiplexers and demultiplexers. Around -55°C~125°C TA is the extended operating temperature.
