NE57810S/N1,518 Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. For ease of transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in SPak-5 (5 leads + Tab). Ready for shipping in Tape & Reel (TR) package. The Surface Mount universal mount allows for easy adaptation. Applications targeting this shunt regulator include Converter, DDR and others. A temperature setting of 0°C~70°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions. The external regulator is designed to operate at a voltage of 1.6V~3.6V.
