The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package provides greater flexibility.There is a package in the form of Tape & Reel (TR).Configuration is based on 2 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.6V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.The gate type on this device is N-Channel MOSFET.This device allows temperatures in the range of 0°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.The configuration is based on 8 terminations.This device operates with 12V supply voltage.A total of 8 pins are available for component connections.A boot strap voltage of 30V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
