NCP305LSQ37T1 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management conducts in a 1-voltage supply. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. During normal operation, this power managment ic can generate Open Drain or Open Collector of output voltage.
