NCP301HSN18T1 Overview
Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. To assist you, this PMIC includes SOT-23-5 Thin, TSOT-23-5 functions. There are a lot of similarities between this IC power and other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. Power ics operate at 1 supply voltages. Power management' mounting is recommended to be done with the Surface Mount type of mounting. Temperature setting for the supervisors should be -40°C~125°C TA. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation.
