MXD1818UR23+ Overview
This voltage supervisor has a total of 3 mounting terminals that can be used for mounting. There are 1 functions included in this PMIC so that you can refer to them. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. Please refer to power management for TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. Several of the benefits of this PMIC are also shared by other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 260. Manage ics operate at 3.6V supply voltages. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. In total, IC powers are 3 pins on the board. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~105°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Open Drain, Bidirectional during operation.
