MXD1210C/D Overview
The package contains materials from Bulk. The Die is provided in order to conserve board space. This is a high quality and reliable type of Nonvolatile RAM. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set at 0°C~70°C. It is necessary to supply voltage to 4.75V~5.5V in order to ensure normal operation. In order to prevent signals from reflecting off the end of the transmission line, 8 terminations are used. There is a supply voltage of 5V for the device. The 8 pins are configured on the board. The component with the lowest tolerance for high temperatures determines the reflow temperature limit of 240. The uPs/uCs/peripheral IC is integrated with MICROPROCESSOR CIRCUIT.
