MICRF002BM Overview
There is currently a package available named 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).A Tube package of RF transmitter and receiver is used to package.RF Receivers such as this have a 4.75V~5.5V supply.Mostly, it is used in RKE.The terminals are positioned at DUAL.It performs extremely well at a frequency of 300MHz~440MHz.There are a total of 16 terminations of RF Receiver associated with it.
