MIC4423BWM Overview
For greater flexibility, its 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.The configuration is supported by 2 drivers.Ideally, it should be mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 4.5V~18V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.Gate type N-Channel, P-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.The allowable temperature range that this device can be operated in is -40°C~150°C TJ.Inverting is used as the input type in this program.Its configuration is based on a total of 16 terminations.The interface chip of the system is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.Components with 16 pins are available.
