MCP16321T-180E/NG Overview
Using the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. In order to save space, this voltage regulator is packaged in the 16-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. This DC DC switching regulator generates Fixed output on its output pins. Surface Mount-mounting is compatible with this switching regulator. -40°C~125°C TJ should be the operating temperature when voltage regulator is operating. In this voltage regulator 12v, the switching frequency is 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 6V. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 1.8V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 1A output current.
