MCH12140D Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. The 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package embeds this Clock PLL. RF synthesizers based on this clock provide frequencies up to 800MHz maximum. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Phase Frequency Detector component.
