MC74LCX16240DTR2 Overview
Logical driver uses a neat 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. Tape & Reel (TR) external packaging. Available in Surface Mount. Voltage buffer adopts Buffer, Inverting logic prototype.
