To package H bridge, use Tube.In an effort to save money, H bridge is included in the 20-SOIC (0.433, 11.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.With the 5V~28V supply voltage, improved reliabilbridge drivery can be achieved.There is a mounting of H bridge circuit in Surface Mount.As long as -40°C~125°C operates at the right temperature, motor driver H bridge will operate normally.Output reaches 6.5A at the maximum current.
