MC14066BDR2 Overview
Due to the lack of space on the board, digital switch is provided in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width).As a result, it is packaged in the way of Tape & Reel (TR).Mounting is performed using Surface Mount.the multiplexers uses IC Bilateral, FET Switches as the analog IC.A temperature of -55°C~125°C will not leave the turn signal swturn signal switchch susceptible to external influences.Using a 3V~18V supply voltage provides digital controlled switch's superior flexibility for designers.The multiplexers from 4000B series can be used for a wide range of applications.
